(b) Aeroplanes, helicopters, powered-lift aircraft and airships. A pilot shall not operate an aircraft
in commercial air transport or to carry passengers:
(1) as PIC or co-pilot unless he or she has carried out, in the preceding 90 days, at least take-offs, approaches and landings as a pilot flying in an aircraft of the same type or class (...)

AMC1 FCL.060(b)(1) Recent experience
When a pilot needs to carry out one or more flights with an instructor or an examiner to comply with
the requirement of FCL.060(b)(1) before the pilot can carry passengers, the instructor or examiner on
board those flights will not be considered as a passenger.
Wobei hier im Forum (?) auch schon Mal dikutiert wurde:
wer ist Crew, wer ist Passagier? Kann ich als PIC festlegen, dass er rechts Sitzende mit zB. BZF den Funk übernimmt, und damit Crew ist.Dem Crewmitglied muss nur klar sein, dass er Crew und nicht Pax ist. Dies würde zB. auch für den, im Vereinsbetrieb häufiger eingesetzten, "Sicherheitspiloten" gelten, der weder CRI noch FI ist aber erfahren ist und berchtigt, das Flugzeug zu fliegen.
Wobei die AMC und GM hierzu nichts weiter hergeben, oder hat sonst jemand belastbare Infos?
